Here are a few rules to ensure your group, the people around you, and future groups all enjoy their stay!

• Quiet hours are to be observed from 10PM to 7AM daily
• Kindly remove shoes at the door
• Skis/Snowboards are to be left outside or in the garage
• Leave all garage doors shut when not in use

**Shower before using the spa. We want you to be able to enjoy it for your entire trip. The spa is serviced and cleaned on a regular basis to ensure this. However heavy sweat and residue can turn the water in a hurry, and unfortunately with the hard water in the mountains it's not as simple as draining and refilling the tub. It must be chemically corrected, which can take time. So in order to ensure that you will have access to the tub for the entirety of your stay, take a quick rinse and then stay warm with our complimentary robes until you get in the hot tub!

• Strip all beds and place linens in a pile in the bedroom
• Place any used hot tub towels in a pile inside of the house by the foosball table
• Place any used shower towels in a pile in the bathroom
• Please put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it (dishwasher detergent provided)
• Replace any furniture that was moved to it's original location
• Take any trash from the kitchen and place the bags in the garage
